ya i have thought about seperating it but theres really no where else to put the tank. i am planning on building a storage drawer that slides out in the area to the side of the compressor box.

I'd say the OBA is the important thing! Did you convert the A/C? What tires are you running? picked up a 98 XJ fairly well built, but im doing some work to make it more snow worthy.

OBA installed, dual bateries, winch installed, need to get to work on my double beadlock wheels.

Its been snowing off and on up there for the last 2 weeks, calling for more this week. A guy who was in that area on thanksgiving said there was 3-4 feet

Mount Emily Recreation Area (MERA) December 11th, we will be leaving the staging area at 10AM. Please have ATV permits and tow points, also a tree permit if you plan on getting a tree. The staging area is 2 miles out of La Grande, Oregon on Fox Hill Rd.

Yah ive wheeled in this rig many times while helping my friend build it, its very capable in the snow and out of it. Our club has a christmas tree run comming up Dec 11th. Not sure on location yet, depends where the snow is but probably around Mt Emily, Mt Fanny, or Kamela.

I have a Garmin 60CSX handheld GPS with a dash mount, they are quite a bit cheaper now than when I got mine. It has a color screen, downloadable maps, will even tell you what resturaunts and gas stations are at freeway exits.
