So how was it? We had a good day. Nothing but crust and sugar up high, so we ended up back in the low country powder.

I used to run chains all the time too, but what I've discovered with bigger tires and lockers is that not only do I not really need them, but there is far less tendency to accidentally dig yourself in.

Looks great! I missed out as I had eye surgery Thursday and the snowmobiles are hammering roads pretty hard this weekend, so it's probably going to get tough to get around.

Was able to get us into some snow yesterday. Overall it was spotty but plenty of drifted areas to play in! Snow was dense with a slick crust from last week's 40 degree weather, so it was a bit challenging. More snow predicted this week w/high winds so it could get interesting up there. IMG_20151115_...
