Clearing the North Cascades Pass
I was curious if the North Cascades Pass was open since we've virtually had no snowfall this year. I checked the wadot website and found a bunch of pictures of opening the pass up on previous years. Talk about a rough day at work! They get paid for this. Where do I sign up! Crews assessing avalanche...

Re: Snowmobile passenger sleigh
Well I think the idea would be to have the sleigh for the kids. But I don't have to worry about it. By the time I saved enough money for a snowmobile, the kids would be grown and gone! I still think it's pretty cool though.

Excellent driving skill!
You need to get the vegas software and start splicing these together. It's really easy!

Re: bronco guys
You can find more pics of Steve's Bronco on my other website www.BroncoII4x4.com . We're both running wristed radius arms up front. You can find info on that there as well. Steve's 4 link is pretty nice. It would be a good design to copy. There's a bronco guy named Quinn that used to go by venom on ...

First Ascent gear on sale at Eddie Bauer
First Ascent gear is on sale right now at Eddie Bauer. I picked up a pair of the Mountain Guide softshell pants today. I tried on all kinds of pants at REI etc, and these were hands down the best. The First Ascent gear in general seems to be in a league of their own. Unfortunately, you have to pay f...

Built4war, we need to work on your computer skillz :redneck: Your pic is the right size for an avatar, but for posting in the forum you should resize to 800x600 o...

NOAA 10 day forecast - Pacific Northwest
This is a pretty cool graphical 10 day forecast for the Pacific Northwest.

It looks like things might start to swing in our favor by the end of the week. Hopefully this cooling trend continues. We need the snow!

Snowshoe Routes - Washington
I just stumbled across this book about various snowshoe routes around Washington State. It's just a preview, but the bulk of the book seems to be available.
