Great video. I have toyed with the idea of buying a set of Mattracks for years but just couldn't justify the cost (translation...wife says no way!). I have never seen them move like this, for some reason I have always pictured them on a large rig lumbering through the deep snow, maybe I should re-think the purchase (oh wait...still married). Either way, that would be a whole lot of fun.

We saw a suburban with the mattracks on a wheelin trip a couple years ago. Didn't really get to see it in action, but they were using it for shuttling skiers up the mountain. Kind of a sore subject as they closed off area to public use :frown:

I've seen plans for homemade tracks. Might be fun to try someday.

If I could get 4 tracks off of a snow machine that were priced reasonable I would have some mad up in no time, it's just that even used tracks are not cheap.
