GSpot
GSpot is a video codec identification utility - identifies which video codec and audio compression method is used on .avi files, whether the matching codec is installed, and more.

MPEG Streamclip
Very simple program I found to grab stills from HD video. It also is a very simple editor/video convertor.

This program can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Make sure you have the latest version

Solved Cineform Studio Export MP4 issue
I was having an issue where the Cineform Studio "Export .MP4" would not work. It was because of the DIVX software I had installed. Once removed, the export is working again! Woot!
