2/23 snow wheeling?

Post by Baller »

Is anyone going out? I've got the OK and would like to head up somewhere. Post up here if anyone is going out.

Our quest was successful today, so I can go tomorrow. However with the lowland snow falling, I really want to go sledding at a hill by my house.... Decisions decisions. Anyone else wanting to go?

Let's go. There's a spot near Mount Vernon that should be good right now if the gate is open. Let's meet at Safeway in MTV @ 10am. I need time to round up kids and gear.

Is meeting at 10:45 or 11:00 too late? That would work best for me.

That's getting a little late for me on a Sunday. Especially if we have to farther out. I think we're going to try and go next weekend if you want to wait.

I have to cancel. Really wish I could have made this work. Maybe next weekend.

Went up Mt Loop Hwy today expecting to go up to Boardman... pouring rain the whole time. I lost all ambition to even air down. Snow was heavy slop

It was strange on Sunday. As I was checking out various places, I was passing through pockets that had a foot or more, and other places had nothing and rain.
