Wheel Valve Stems
Any tricks on freezing valve stems? Almost every time I air up in below-zero temperatures my stems freeze up then I have to hold my hand on them for a minute to try to melt them to get them to stop leaking. Last weekend I just gave up and hoped for the best on the cap sealing after having my hand nearly die of cold.

What are you using for On-board air, CO2?
Did you find snow last weekend?

Air compressor, ARB Twin... lots of water comes along with the air, presumably condensation of the compression process.Nobody wrote:What are you using for On-board air, CO2?

Found something like half an inch of snow on pavement, just playing around with the ideal tire pressure for road conditions which as expected is fully inflated.

That should be a pretty easy fix with a cheap oil/water separator. I've never run into that issue.
