Making Fire with Ice

I'm not sure how practical making fire with ice is, but it's something I've been wanting to try myself. I can imagine a few scenarios where I might be stranded in freezing conditions without any other means of making fire. When temperatures are well below freezing, it's often clear and sunny, so making fire with ice isn't too far out of the scope of possibilities.
