I got three pictures from the lake we snow shoed into. Nick and Dion did not have any snow shoes so I don't think they had as much fun. I am working on finding some good video out of what I have.

Thanks for the flattering pic lol. I slept in today, so I'll work on getting my pictures up in a bit.

No problem, it's the only picture of either you or Josh I have at the lake. It it's that bad I am sure you have a good picture of me or just pull your admin magic and delete it .
Here is a better picture of where you drove yourself out of this when I though for sure you would be stuck.

Windows movie maker sucks, I think my next computer will be a Mac. I spent a few hours and had a video but as soon as I try to save the video it has "missing" files so I delete them and then there is another "missing" and finally no more video.
Sorry I had a bit of decent footage maybe next time.

I've had a similar problem with the videos corrupting. I found if you create a copy of the clip and import the copy everything seems to be happy again. It has happened with my gopro video and my camcorder video. Movie Maker definitely isn't the greatest, but it is free.
You have to remember that editing HD video is one of the hardest things you can ask a computer to do. Realistically, you need multiple CPU's, tons of RAM, and fast hard drives. MAC OS doesn't somehow get around that, not mention you're not going to buy a mericle mac for $400. I forget how much RAM you put in, but I'm sure there is room to add. That will probably help a little. You also might want to download a trial version of vegas or the free(open source) lightworks beta.

Ok, got my pictures up. For whatever reason a bunch of them were blurry.
If Nobody gets stuck in the snow, and no one is there to see it, did Nobody get stuck in the snow?
Waist deep in slush.
Great weather
Panorama of Lake Evan
Dion
End of the road. Too many trees with no worthy destination.

Haven't been out yet this year been working weekends. Soon though! I think I've missed the really dry stuff for this year unfortunately.

Great looking conditions for testing Broncos!
"Your" wetside snow is so much different than "our" dryside snow! We were getting stuck in drifts 3' deep last Saturday. You guys were driving on top of snow 4' deep!
Sure looked like fun

There's no question that the dry stuff is the most brutal. Some places for us the snow was literally turning to water as we drove on it. I even sunk to my waist in snowshoes!
