To post pictures, the file size needs to be under 2MB. Check this thread for instructions on how to resize your images. 800x600 is a good size for sharing on forums.

Then to attach the image to your post, look below the submit button where is says "upload attachment". Click browse and find the picture on your hard drive. Then click "Add the file" button to upload it. Repeat to add more images.

Or, if the images are already hosted on the internet somewhere, just paste the image url between the image tags like so:
