. So we then drove back to Mallardy and made it 2/3 the way up before hitting snow. finally! Unloaded and rode along the ridge for some views and a Subway sandwich. Got a bit of blue sky in before it clouded up. Snow level is about 2800ft for any solid accumulation, and its like wet cement. Glad to finally get out to the mountains, we were getting stir crazy from all the rain.
