Went for a spin again to see if we could push up and over the ridge through the snow to make a big loop in the high country to Gallagher Lake


..we pushed through



Closing in on the top of the ridge


It snowed about three weeks ago, and on the southern facing slopes and ridgetops the snow had melted off. Made the ridge top at 6,200ft.

We set fresh tracks in the snow the whole day, never saw another bike
